Tye founded Tyestyle Solutions in Atlanta in 2019 with one conviction: your credit is not your character. It is data, and data can be changed. Seven years later, that conviction has become a complete practice spanning personal credit strategy, mortgage readiness, business funding, and real estate investment.

Her work sits where credit meets capital. She reads a file the way a lender will, then builds the plan that gets a client from where they are to the closing table, the funding approval, or the next property.

Do I need to live in Atlanta?
No. Credit strategy, Credit Set. Close.®, and business funding services are available wherever you live. The Real Estate Investment Consultation is limited to properties within 30 miles of our Atlanta office.
Which credit reports should I bring?
Your MyFICO® or IdentityIQ® reports. They show all three bureaus and the score versions we need to plan accurately.
Why do you focus on FICO® Scores 2, 4, and 5?
Most mortgage lenders review FICO® Score 2 (Experian), Score 4 (TransUnion), and Score 5 (Equifax), which can differ from the score in your banking app. Planning around the right models avoids surprises at pre-approval.
Can you promise a specific score or approval?
No one can honestly promise a specific score, approval, or funding amount, and we never will. What we provide is expert strategy, preparation, and accountability. Results depend on each client’s credit history and follow-through.
What is the difference between the Assessment and the Accelerator?
The Funding Assessment is a strategy session that shows where your business stands and which options fit. The Accelerator is the ongoing platform, DIY or VIP, that you use to build business credit and pursue funding.
